These Terms govern your use of the VantaBeam website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

1. About us

VantaBeam (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells the VantaBeam portable cinema projector and related accessories. You can reach us any time at hello@vantabeam.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any amount already charged.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable VAT/sales tax where required. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We may update prices and promotions at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Free worldwide shipping with delivery typically within 4–9 business days after a 1–3 business day processing period. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the parcel.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

VantaBeam comes with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the VantaBeam name, logo, product imagery, text, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

11. Privacy

We only use the personal data you provide to process your order, fulfill shipping, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law
