Shipping Policy

We ship VantaBeam worldwide, free of charge. Every order is carefully checked, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment partners.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During major sales or holidays, processing may take an extra day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4–9 business days depending on your destination and local carrier. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–12 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order at any time on our Track order page.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside our origin region may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Failed delivery or wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at hello@vantabeam.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
